DNA Hosts Funder Networking Reception

Greenville, SC (May 8, 2014) − DNA Creative Communications (DNA), the Upstate’s leading marketing and public relations firm for nonprofits, held the first Funder Networking Reception on May 5 at the Kilgore-Lewis House downtown to kick off the 2014 Shine the Light Nonprofit Forums.

“It is important for local organizations to collaborate and form partnerships in the community,” said Debbie Nelson, president of DNA and founder of Shine the Light. “This reception allowed Greenville’s nonprofit roots to grow deeper and intertwine.”

This reception was held to thank the nonprofits that have already registered for Shine the Light this year and allow them to network with local funders and grant makers. There are over 50 organizations that have already signed up for the entire series and we expect more to register within the next two weeks. Registration is $325 for all four sessions. Individual sessions will be available for $95.

For more information about Shine the Light Nonprofit Forums and to register for the series, visit www.nonprofitforums.org or call (864) 235-0959.
